From import and export services to specialized offerings such as blast freezing and order picking, we offer you a variety of tailor-made solutions to meet your requirements.
Our import and export services include container loading and unloading as well as sorting according to customer specifications (loose or palletized). With our customs and custody warehouse, we have the option of storing duty unpaid goods. Furthermore, we have export licenses for various third countries and offer complete customs clearance, preparation of veterinary certificates and all necessary accompanying documents.
We have a freezing capacity of 1,050 pallets per day at our 2 cold storage locations. We operate high-performance CO2 blast freezer with -48°C cold.
This low freezing temperature ensures that a product core temperature of -18°C is reached very quickly and therefore an ideal freezing result.
Extensive logger tests are carried out for all new products in order to ensure i nd customized solutions for different types of products and packaging. Another service is the gentle defrosting of the goods, adapted to the type of product.
Our core competencies include picking and packing, i.e. putting together shipments according to specifications. Whether picking cartons onto a specified pallet type, producing mixed cartons according to specifications or unpacking from cartons into E2 crates, for example – everything is possible. We also offer price and/or weight labeling of cuts and a wide variety of containers as well as Creation of labels according to customer specifications.
We use all common barcode types.
At our site in Borgstedt, we operate a “white area” – a hygiene area in which we are allowed to work with unpackaged food. Here we offer the inverting of food (primarily meat). This involves removing frozen blocks of meat from E2 crates and then stacking them on H1 pallets.
