The safety of your food is important to us. Comprehensive quality assurance measures guarantee product safety at the highest level. As part of our HACCP concept, all processes are evaluated on the basis of a risk analysis and controlled by suitable measures so that product safety is guaranteed at all times. Our employees are trained at regular intervals and qualified through various further training measures. We have motivated and reliable employees in all areas, who are the foundation of our company.
In our cold stores, we attach great importance to maximum energy savings, climate and noise protection. Only natural refrigerants are used in our refrigeration system (ammonia-carbon dioxide cascade refrigeration system). In the long term, this combination is the best ecological alternative of all refrigerants. The majority of the electricity we purchase comes from renewable sources (green electricity).
In freight forwarding, we keep our fleet up to date, for example with regard to the Euro standard (emission class). We also attach great importance to optimizing diesel consumption. In addition, we pay particular attention to long-term compliance with and implementation of all requirements that affect the company’s entire resources.
